Terms and Conditions for Bee Security Booking Form
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of security services provided by Bee Security. By completing the booking form, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- "Client" refers to the individual or entity booking the security services.
- "Service Provider" refers to Bee Security and its employees or agents.
- "Services" refers to all security services provided by Bee Security as outlined in the booking form.
3. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and any required deposit.
- Confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made according to the schedule outlined in the booking form.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the commencement of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.
- A cancellation fee of $100 (including GST) will apply if services are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, although the remaining balance of pre-payments will be refunded. Cancellations
· Cancellations made within 12 hours of the agreed start time will incur a charge equivalent to four (4) hours for each hired guard, but the balance of pre-payments will be refunded.
- Bee Security reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances with a full refund to the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide accurate information in the booking form.
- The Client must inform Bee Security of any specific requirements or concerns regarding security services.
- The Client shall ensure that the premises are accessible and that any necessary permissions are obtained for security personnel to perform their duties.
7. Liability
- Bee Security is insured and will take all reasonable precautions to provide secure services. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bee Security from any claims or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or omissions.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the booking and provision of services.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria.
10. Amendments
- Bee Security reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their booking date.
